Hi everyone,
This morning I was reading my current copy of the U3A News, and
found a letter from Anne Burrows of South London U3A. She
recommended a website called ….
http://imdb.com/
… which give details of past and present movies. So if you wish to
remind yourself who the female lead in the latest James Bond
movie is, you can do a simple search on the site to find the
relevant page ….
http://imdb.com/title/tt0381061/
I was disappointed to find that there was nothing on the site about
the film music, but then I did a Google search for them. Here is
one of the many I found …
http://www.mfiles.co.uk/film-music.htm
I would be interested to know what your favourite websites are
(apart from Google, Wikipedia and the BBC).
Would you email me with the names of three of your favourite
sites (with a very brief description of what they’re about), and I’ll
publish a list of them on our U3A website (without your name)?
Our email address is .... nottu3a AT googlemail.com
The website names should look like this one, please ….
www.u3a-info.co.uk
You will see some of my favourites websites in the side-bar on this
site.
Bye for now,
John
